Don Khouri, Ph.D., is a speaker, author, and certified executive coach. He is an expert in personal productivity, organizational design, and building high-performing teams as a former vice president who has worked in software development, quality assurance, and market data systems. Don has taken highly complex technology programs from start to finish. He is currently the managing director of Fortune Management Northeast, an executive coaching program for dentists.

He is super excited about his new book, and we dive into concepts like the five-step action plan for saying yes. We discuss the importance of having an actionable plan with real priorities to drive your energy and focus.
