Scientists at Wayne State University School of Medicine had test subjects to consume caffeine at various intervals. The researchers discovered that consuming caffeine, even as much as six hours before bed, was enough to have a measurable detrimental impact on their sleep quality. If we're going to utilize caffeine, we want to utilize it earlier in the day.
