I don't know that we ever know how old Metzger is but he's obviously older if he was a child actor in a movie that came out long ago enough to be on TV at that point. Edipa's age or at least what we can take for it is that she's 28 yeah that's revealed in this chapterYeah and I'm not sure whether fangoso is specifically particularly resonant in that book but yeah I think inherent vice is kind of a reference back to bingo solo goons definitely.
