The NQT Course Is Everything That Teacher Training Should Be but Isn't?

The NQT course is everything that you feel teacher training should be but isn't, what'd that be fair to say? Yeah, we go and we look at this as the whole of school level mathematics. These are the things that are gonna be encountered by students and we go through them. That's why it takes us five, 10 years to become expert at teaching. And I've really loved about the NQT one because NQTs are maybe more forthcoming with these things than heads of maths are. It's like classroom observation from afar.
