The More I Get Good at Those Types of Boundaries and the More I'm Able to Pull Away and Get More Clear

More i get good at being able to tell someone like okay i'm and sort of i'm at my uh capacity with this conversation or with how specifically Ben can we come back to it. The more permission i have from that person for me to be able to pull away and get more clear and come back to them the more i'm really happy for specifics but it's the person that kind of like you know tries to put their finger on me too much and then pen me down  and doesn't want to let up yeah. That gives me some clarity because it's more like nines aren't really seeing a clear picture and if they're being pushed to see a clear picture then they
