I Think We're Fortunate to Be Having Living Through This Experience
I think thereis a tremendous amount to be learned by both, as mika has said, d o d, the ciper planters out there for how d o d will conduct these types of activities and what t needs to be prepared for. But ii, my perspective from where i sit now is that, sorry, but i still think we tend to get lucky in many cases, too many cases. I'm very glad, as i said, didn't articulate well, that we are learning tou living through this experience, not in our back yard, but in ukrane.
