Jess, you talked to a lot of people in the book. How much of this is this sort of first arrow being seen through the lens of the second arrow and yells words? Jess: I think it's tremendously important because it colors the time that we actually do get to spend with our children. She says she would prefer to spend my time just like hanging out rather than creating an elaborate elf base shame system in her household.
