EAP 1559 aims to make blocks bigger. But on average, it's going to target a block being half full. And then what we're going to do is have a fixed fee. That fee adjusts up and down, but it only changes up and down after each block. So for example, three years ago, and Ethereum transaction would just often take like five minutes or longer to get included today. Now they can reliably get included usually within 10 seconds. Like the UX improvement is just massive. It was not through technology changes that was through an economic three form. Right.
