Do we have realistic expectations? Right? Are we using things like SMART goals, which can be very helpful and really set as a tone for, do I have realistic expectations of myself and what I want to achieve? Or am I setting the bar so astronomically high that I know I'm not going to hit it? You know, do I expect myself to do more than any other person? And that's why I continue to fail. So that's step number one is begin to look at the expectations that you have of yourself in a really kind of clear, transparent way. Step number two is create some kind of practice every single day.
