Is There a Volatility Control Mechanism?

When we did the volatility targeting, which really is the same thing, it volatility controls a portfolio relative to its historical returns on a daily basis. And now it turned out that, and I think this is Perry's observation, the ongoing volatility control mechanism resulted in more stable, not only more stable, but also better performance. What does that do? It means that I don't have to do these volatility adjustment rates. So it saves commission, saves exchange and clearing fees and brokerage fees. You're saving that cost. But then what I also found out is that a lot of the additional performance from that leveraging dynamic will solely due to leveraging up the fixing complex of those trades, of that portfolio
