In-Person Workshops - What's the Benefit?

I would rent out a beautiful space, have three filmmakers, an audio engineer. I'm starting out small with just like a really simple course that I'm building. But then to do it like that and then even have like other people like you come to teach certain things is great. Because then you could package that up and then it's not just an in person workshop. It's something that you could then turn into a course and sell that.
