The Importance of Noise in Deep Learning
I've always heard that the brain is a noisy instrument but I don't actually know the empirical observations that lead people to believe this. You could look at like temperature and if it's just hot things will be jiggling around kind of randomly that that gets you some floorYeah potentially that there's also like the theoretical computational efficiency reason where like the land are equations or whatever tells you what minimum energy required to do computations. If I run over correctly there's term for accuracy and noise of the computations so from an optimum sort of view you wouldn't expect biology to be like extreme on maximum precision yeah.
