Is Infant Baptism Legitimate?

Some will argue for infant baptism from the parable of the sower. The husband is called holy too and he's a non-believer, but none would say he should be baptized. That interpretation imports into the text something that's not there. It fails to recognize what Jesus says when he says the field is the world,. The field is not the church. And unless you believe in the national church in which the world and the church are co-equal, co-extensive it doesn't make sense.
