Twitter in Nigeria
Twitter has made concessions that some analysts think could change how the service is used in nigeria. Back in 20 20 twitter was a key critical organizing tool around the end sars protest movement. It's not clear that that kind of organizing would be allowed under the new rules. Time will tell which way this goes, whether the nigerian government benefits or Twitter cave too early.
