Burn - I Wish I Could Tell the World?

I've had two reactions that I think are frustrating for me. One is people who just don't want to believe that exercise isn't the best tool for weight loss and they really hate the message from the book on this, which isn't just my message. It's the message from a lot of scientists over decades, which is that diet is a much better tool for managing weight. Exercise can have some benefits around the edges. It can help you keep weight off if you lose it, but diets way better as a tool. The constraint energy model helps explain why. New census data is out and keto bros are way up.
