Is There a Playbook for Self Storage?
Why not look at warehouse or other triple-net more commercial style asset classes? I would think that operationally speaking, they would be much simpler. The one nice part about storage is we have 350, 360 units at the facilities. If one person moves out, it does very little to impact our bottom line. So we have to kind of keep things operationally efficient.
