What's the Beauty of Accommodation?
Accommodation is not about resisting the rules or following the rules of eating and exercise it's about something deeper. It's related to our self-worth it's related to who we feel we have to be to be good people but despite being on a different orbit of these other disruptors it gets in people's way. We don't have to rebel against that run that we had planned because maybe we don't feel like a run so we'll take a look at what accommodation really means.
