Building a People Base Business

We could st a decent amout more business, but it's building out that hiring engine or the training process is tough. We had some one who actually was our first sales person in her part time, like lolls, that she would work. She helped us build what's called siege learn, which is actualy external course for us. I think documenting ever another evolution. As we went remote, we hadn't documented a lot of things. Now we have a huge library of google docks that we can quickly edit. We have a learning development full time roll on staff. Itis not something, at 30 that most likely makes sense, but those are the kind of things that have been
