I feel like in the recent years, you've seen a lot more about sports psychology. I think there's this increased understanding of just how important making sure having an embedded mental training platform is to be able to optimize your performance and train and race like that makes sense. And what's interesting to me is if we think about it, the mental side of sport is really, it's never not been there. Your mind has always been a part of how you show up and how you think about what you're doing before during and after races.
