Is Racism Disguised as Race?

The field's approach here, and it's distinct from anybody, is to claim that racism creates race. To say that black southerners were segregated because of their skin color is to take that act of racism and put it on the target as the cause for it. It's a little bit similar to a woman was assaulted versus a man assaulted a woman. Right. Like, you're flipping the causality.
