Do You Have a Faulty Inference of Doubt?
Inferential confusion, aka obsessional narratives of doubt, is a framework for understanding OCD. When you are that much more susceptible or vulnerable to distrusting your senses and favoring what's imagined and what could be, when you have a high level of that it almost certainly predicts OCD. High levels of inferential confusion predict so CD and it actually farms out the other anxiety disorders. So we're seeing this sort of recognition that maybe inferential confusion is the thing that's going wrong with OCD - not anxiety and avoidance.
