Farmers have a tool box, right? And and who is on your strategic resource team? That's just the fancy way of saying, who are the people that help you make decisions in your operation. You need to talk to each one of them individually and say, what do i need to be thinking about n 20 22? So if there's a farm business out they're listening, and they haven't had contact with these people orthin, they're thinking, man, i need to touch base with them. Now's the time to do it.
