Failure to open up the port, in my opinion, itis a declaration of war on global fd security. We are already taking food from the hungry children to feed the starving children because we don't have enough money and enough food. And so this is truly a catastrophe. The impact on our expense is already 71 million dollars more per month, per month. If we don't reach the people we're talking about, you will have famine,. You will have mass migration, and you will have the stabilization of nations.
