Is It Ideal to Have Balanced Concentric, Eccentric and Isometric?

If you're going from plank lowering to the floor and you just flop, you're not using your eccentric strength. Or and concentric strength because one side is probably working. It's complicated. But another way to think about this is like, think about. Literally inhale, reach the arms up, exhale, forward bend. If I in that forward bend go just like, if I just slump into my forward bend, then I'm going to lengthen my hamstrings but my hamstrings aren't having to slow down. The pelvis as it rotates forward. And so to me, I'm always looking for a sweet spot where not only is my breath being elongated
