How to Tell a Story in First Person

It's really hard for a lot of readers to to accurately depict who the character is just through speaking. And that's really giving unique voices to many, many characters. I like like to put myself in their shoes when i'm writing them. A big part of it is sense of humour. Everybody's got a different sense of humor or Lack thereof. So that's a huge part.
