Andrew Keen: Why do we have these levels of evidence and how does that then influence a sort of decision making? And perhaps a practical example if you can think about some of the policy choices that you've been involved in in the last couple of years. He says at the bottom of the hierarchy I would probably put a before after study. Next up would be a natural experiment. And then the very top meta-analysis of multiple randomized trials because by chance some trials will end up giving different results from others.
