The Government Should Not Have Access to Everything
Eliot shocart: There are limits to what the government is going to have access to. That's not a bad thing, he says. It means that in some circumstances the government will justifiably want information that it can't get. He asks Eliot shocart if we shouldn't be allowed to deleat emales because one day the government might need those emales and might be able to prove to a court that it needs them.
