I think in fact, very few countries where you have a sort of wishy, washy separation of powers. But it is true that after 1991, 1992, collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia did begin having a constitution. The same, by the way, for Erdogan and Turkey, where the head of the opposition was actually elected as mayor of the capital. Can you imagine that being an opposition party in North Korea or in the peoples of China?
