Working With Hybrid Organisations, What Have You Learned?

Target Teal has developed a lot and fortunately we have been calling attention from these orange organisations. My strategy, usually working with this kind of organisational setting, is to make the person to give up on doing it. I don't think we as people who are working to spread these working practices should work only with those who are already converted. But other aspects of it really gives me the energy I need to keep going. This was really challenging. We were implementing self-management in their HR team with 10 people. It's a huge company, like 2000 employees and they were short on people,. They were only 10, they were supposed to be 15.
