How to Be a Pleasure to Work With
Being a pleasure to work with is one of the three qualities that you need to have a career, says Neil Gaiman. But if it's just difficulty in coming up with an idea or the challenge or the idea, that's actually fun. It's getting more and more difficult the more it goes on because we try not to do what we already did. If it's too unique, it won't appeal to audiences. And when I say not a pleasure to worked with, it's more like the attitude where they're very bullheaded with their design.
