Bush's Relationship With Putin
When Putin first came in, the relations with Bush were pretty good. But then when he started becoming certainly more independent, and standing up more to US interest, that's when he started to become vilified. Bill Browder was a key figure behind the Sanctions Policy and the Magnitsky Act of December 2012. This is a major turning point, I think, in the new Cold War, has led us to the dangerous course we're in today where we're on the verge of potentially World War III.
