How to Be a Successful Entrepreneur

It's really easy to get super obsessed with your current company, especially if it's your first company or your first big project inside a larger business. And an example for me was keeping that first company going way too long and burning through all my savings and his mental health. It would have been way better to shut that one down earlier to take that hit. So if you think of entrepreneurship as a career not a company, you'll make much healthier decisions for yourself.
