The Origins of Vitamin A
Vitamin A is the family term for all retinoids. There was some really interesting studies that were happening I think it was in the 50s or 60s which opened up this new wave of research into Vitamin A for rejuvenation. It's been described as the gold standard, the wonder, the wonder thing that we all need. We shouldn't have to all be experts you know, to figure this out and there are solid information out there to simplify that so I'll do my very best to go down that journey today.
