Do Managers Get Overtime Pay?
There is law that says a company must pay its employees at least time and a half on overtime. If you work more than that, the government has determined that your employer must pay you overtime. Now this assumes that everybody is salaried, right? We're talking about salaried managers. So managers do not get overtime pay in California. That's true in I think every state.
