Breathwork - The Simplest Way to Change Your Nervous System State

Breathwork is a way of changing your nervous system state. It can change blood flow, immune system respond, adrenal response and mood. How do you balance those two? That's a great question. I think the first thing is just kindness to yourself. Like, if you don't make your morning routine for a day, who cares? You know, don't judge yourself. If they're fun, if you enjoy them, so fine. And what i mean by that is like playing instrument, exercise, going for walk meditation, breathwork on ice baths. Whichever one you want to do every day, it will make an enormous difference in your general attitude.
