The Supreme Court ruled that Wisconsin'sricting map was unconstitutional. The ruling is an anti gerrymandering ruling, argues the writer. But he says it won't put Democrats back in power and will just make them more likely to win elections. He also points out this wasn't a general shift to the left as some have claimed.
