What Are the Risk Management Rules When Shorting Stocks?

History tells us that the odds are more in our favor once you see stocks trending above a rising 50 day. And we didn't have this yet. It did absolutely hit a level of resistance and fell from there. So I think here again, if you had bought this recently, you really had to look at your risk management rules.
