How to Build a Forklift Forklift

"I built forks for it. Could you put like a forklift right now?" he asks. "It has these hooks. That's the first thing I would think." He welds them together with metal rods from Harbor Freight, then buys two on Craigslist and uses his arc welder to connect them. The result is a really crappy off-road forklift that can't lift up or down properly because of its tilt.
