How Did You Prepare for Go Live?
How did you sort of prepare, whether it was your team or some of these teams of employees, maybe the two years leading up to the transition? OK, a great question. And I think it really wasn't for preparedness. It took time and effort. Almost we had to build a pretty good solid foundation and then build on top of that to get to where we eventually went through Go Live and then where we are today. We hadn't really looked at all this since early 90s. Most of our phones were maybe the cordless phone where you pulled the cord out and had those. So we'd miss so many years in between and new.
