What You Learned as a CEO

The first thing is to really understand what is it about your company? What is it about you? How do you want to operate as the CEO? It's not what you say. It's what you do. And so you can say whatever you want, but if you don't role model those behaviors, then it doesn't really matter. The most important lesson out of all these ironically is the disease you choose to work on shall be the things that will make or break you.
