Is There Something Inherent About Landowners That Drives Credit Markets?
Is there something inherent about landowners as a group that they are more likely to become credit worthy or they are already more credit worthy. Does it have to do with their social standing? Are these immutable characteristics really changing because of this policy I doubt if somebody changes their religion or cast because of this public policy and in fact one thing to be really note over here if you're thinking about say like upper cast people being land owners so they have like a strong network, which case they would actually be more willing to provide an informal insurance to each other before the policy.
