The Importance of Continuity in Business
I think entrepreneur has, it's a bit of a overused term. Most of the founders in Silicon Valley have shockingly little previous experience. The dynamics that tend to be very important is whether the initial teams work together really well. And so there is an extraordinary degree of freedom around these founding moments and then years later, if you set it up well, it can last for a long time. If not, probably won't.
