Is It a Good Idea to Leave the University?

Even the really senior people that youare, like you wish you could be in their position, they're actually pretty miserable in their position. People in academia who got in at an earlier time when the competition was not so extreme, most of those people spend all their time doing administrative work. I mean, we know all this, this whole bizarre system. Honestly, if the public knew, it's so boring that people just probably would choon out, so they'll never find out. But ifrfor right now, i mean, given how bad things are, a, i think that leaving is a good idea if you can do it - but  I'm not sure how long
