Kate Middleton and her family traveled to Ghana for a documentary about the country's history. The trip included stops in South Africa, Nigeria and Ivory Coast. Kate says she felt "the most peace I've ever had in my life" when they returned home. She hopes more people will be able to experience that kind of journey.
