I was actually thinking about this the other day and I was thinking, these are the core things that I would tell myself and the people I work with is that one, does it cause more harm in the long term? There's a lot of things people do to cope that bring temporary relief. But perhaps it's harmful for their help or their relationships. So how can we identify like what behaviors might have to change? It's not just learning something new but going towards that new pathway that new behavior so that the old one becomes less autopilot.
