Is It Going to Be Planet Sized?

Is there going to be stuff that is actually interesting to discover in those places? Or will it just be a barren land where you can level up, mine resources and do a bunch of sort of non essential things? I remember very specifically, finding a a roof top that had like, a folding chair and a baseball bat andand and a bunch of baseballs. And then you could find the baseballs, like, far away, you know, near by. Like, these little emergent stories that are crafted our craft are not procedurel generated, like or.
