An image that looks like a cat once its being down scaled besy, once the resolution is reduced, it actually looks like a dog. So of course, if you are now pre labelling your training images using the full resolution, then your feeding these images into your machine learning system,. and the machine learning now fails to recognise an object as such. Pretty interesting and intriguing attack. Wonder what other systems may be vulnerable to this, where images are down scaled upscaled for recognizing ideas or the like.
