The Importance of Stages in Design

I think that as a reflection exercise designers should reframe the way they look back on their career in terms of stages. It's not always that the title reflects your expertise or your experience even your value so I think that we should move away from labeling ourselves as a senior junior mid designer and move into something that is more if you want than composting like the idea of a stage. We should aspire to have a career ladder for freelancers so where are freelancers in this world of titles?
