"I think we have unfair expectations of people because we're not doing that day in day out training this is when it needs to be done," she says. "If we did more training on the front end matching them with someone that makes them feel a part of the company right you start a new job you don't even want to eat lunch with you don't have anything like that give them someone who is there hey i'm going to put you on the path to be as successful as you're as you're capable of being at this stage and then hopefully that outcome ends up being something that's far more positiveYeah this great advice across the board if i look at kind of a common thread
