Human Resources - What Advice Would You Give Your Head of Human Resources?

i want human resources professionals to act in much more of a consultative, consultative hem type of role. You need to put surveys out there. Listen to the people, listen to what they want,. A look at employment trends and how they're changing. And then human sources job is really to educate the employer, come back and say, this is not working. We have to do something different. i think you're seeing a lot of that shift, and you're seeing them push back to the organization.
